 BE's goal is to provide quality construction engineering, surveying, and materials testing services to meet the needs of highway and heavy engineering projects, local construction projects, and construction materials producers.  These services will include specialty concrete testing, and concrete mix designs; field testing of soils, concrete, and bituminous pavement; and aggregate testing.
